Flight mode
The tracker will shut down for the flight duration set by the user. Location updates and notifications will be disabled until the flight time ends or you manually turn it off.
To turn on Flight mode - on the Devices tab tap on the tracker you want to change mode.
Tap on the arrow icon in current device status.
Turn on toggles next to Flight mode.
Please note, Myloc8 Edge tracker supports automatic flight mode. We will monitor the device for 24 hours from the moment this mode starts and automatically detect when it is on an airplane.
For all other tracker models, manual flight mode is used - you will need to specify the exact time your tracker will be on an airplane.
Automatic flight mode (Myloc8 Edge tracker) Choose if your flight within next 24 hours or no.
If not, set the flight mode start time and date. We’ll take care of your device during your flight - or multiple flights - within the next 24 hours from the selected start time.
Manual flight mode
Specify the start and duration of your flight. The tracker will automatically enter flight mode for the defined period.
